Our motto, "Rising for People Comes First," drives us to create meaningful partnerships with small, family-owned coffee farms that prioritize natural ecosystems over harmful farming practices. By choosing shade-grown coffee and avoiding synthetic fertilizers, we protect our planet and promote biodiversity.We believe in fair trade practices that ensure livable wages for our farmers and actively seek partnerships with women-owned farms to foster gender equity. Our commitment to our micro coffee farmers allows us to provide a diverse range of specialty, vertically sourced coffees, raising the standards for equitable pricing and financial support.In our pursuit to leave no carbon footprint, we plant a Mangrove tree in Kenya for every transaction, reinforcing our dedication to sustainability. Together, we strive to create a better future for our farmers, communities, and the environment.
