Who we're looking for
The right operator profile.
We're being selective. Founding territories shape the brand for the next decade — we'd rather wait for the right operator than fill a map.
- Hospitality, restaurant, or multi-unit retail operator (preferred but not required)
- Operationally hands-on — you will be in the café, not absentee
- Mission alignment: you actually care about sourcing, sustainability, community
- Financial qualification: meets minimum liquid capital + net worth thresholds (disclosed in FDD)
- Open to multi-unit development in your home market over 5–7 years
- Coachable — willing to follow the playbook before customizing it

What's the investment range?

What markets are you opening?
Western U.S. first wave — Northern Nevada, Northern California, Pacific Northwest, Mountain West (CO, UT, ID, AZ). Other markets considered case-by-case for strong operators.
Do I need coffee experience?
No. Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-unit operations experience is highly preferred. We'll teach the coffee craft. We can't teach work ethic.
Can I own multiple units?
Yes — multi-unit development is encouraged and our preferred path.
Is this an absentee model?
No. Operationally involved owner-operator required for the first unit. Multi-unit owners may step into a more executive role after the first café is stable and a GM is trained.
How long until I open?
9–14 months from franchise agreement signing to grand opening, depending on site selection and local permitting.
