The story
Behind the bag.
OCFCU is one of the largest organic-certified cooperative unions in the world. The scale matters: aggregating tens of thousands of smallholders is what gives them market power against the commodity buyers.
Light roast is jasmine-forward with stone fruit; medium goes brown sugar, citrus, peach; darker roasts move into dark caramel and black tea.
